Kim joins saintnicks with a depth of client services experience and expertise. Over the years she’s had great success building relationships between brands and people, driving the commerciality of client accounts and developing agency talent.

The daughter of a vegetable farmer, she’s used to cultivating talent and great work. Kim is most fulfilled when hard at work nurturing those around her – whether that’s a client’s sales revenue, the potential of her team or creative work.

Her expertise lies in the development of insight, data and tech to inspire creative campaigns.

She’s currently learning to swim again in preparation for Ironman UK.

Kim has led the charge on a host of successful, innovative multi-channel campaigns, CRM and loyalty programmes for Cow & Gate, ASDA and Costa and is well respected in the industry.

Kim’s a firm believer that great things are only achieved through collaboration and teamwork. When she’s not overseeing client accounts, Kim is a part-time spin instructor and endurance athlete, wholeheartedly throwing herself into every challenge.

She strives for better in herself, as well as coaching and encouraging those around her to be the best they can be too.

Having come second in grueling, ultra-duathlon ‘City to Summit’ (15m run>116m bike>26m run across Scotland, including up and down Ben Nevis in the dark, wind and rain!), she’s currently learning to swim again in preparation for Ironman UK.
