You’ll be supported from day one by the team but you’ll be expected to bring your enthusiasm and creative input to every project. The role in brief…

Working with senior creatives and our digital team you are here to shape and execute ideas. You’ll be confident in developing great looking and accurate work for a broad spread of projects, and be able to clearly articulate your output, and contribute to idea sessions. You’ve got a broad range of studio skills and interests enabling you to translate ideas wherever they need to exist; online, offline, through video, animation or illustration.

Responsible for…

  • Working on multiple projects of varying complexities, meeting your deadlines.
  • Supporting the team to meet theirs.
  • Eagerly engage in our clients’ businesses, their brands, what makes them tick and soak up their guidelines to help them go further.
  • Take direction and work closely with senior creatives, writer and account teams to translate concepts and project stages to their next phase consistently and accurately.
  • Have a great eye for detail and always look to improve work through your own
  • creative application.
  • Actively participate in the briefing process: ensure that you have all the information
  • and insight to create great work. Not afraid to ask plenty of questions.
  • Identify creative opportunities for the agency within existing clients and/or new clients
  • and prospects.
  • Review competitor work periodically to gain an overall perspective of the sectors/clients you’re working with.
  • Encourage a positive environment and close collaboration with all areas of the agency.
  • Manage your time and resource efficiency.

Skills…

You will be confident, capable and comfortable in creating content, video based motion graphics, with a solid design portfolio backed up by the following software/skills:

  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Indesign
  • Adobe Premier

And you’ll be ready and willing to learn more.
