Finance Director, Chris Price, who has managed our application through said “We’re incredibly proud of the work we’ve done to become B Corp Certified, but we’re just getting started.” He added “We’re very proud to be working with some brilliant clients, who are also committed to making positive changes to their business, so it’s a journey we’re going on together.”
How do you become B Corp Certified?
With the application beginning in 2021, it’s been a rigorous, but rewarding process that’s helped us to gain a better understanding of the areas that we excel in, and the areas of focus, when it comes to the way we do business. To achieve certification, every business must:
- Make a legal commitment by changing their corporate governance structure to be accountable to all stakeholders, not just shareholders.
- Exhibit transparency by allowing information about their performance measured against B Lab’s standards to be publicly available on their B Corp profile on B Lab’s website.
- Demonstrate high social and environmental performance by achieving a B Impact Assessment score of 80 or above and passing B Corp’s risk review.
We’re thrilled to have achieved a score of 88.9 in our B Impact assessment, which evaluates business practices across Governance, Workers, Community, Environment, and Customers.

What’s next?
We know that B Corp Certification is just the beginning of our journey. We’re committed to constant improvement for our staff, our community, and our planet through the way we conduct business. In the coming months, we’ll be publishing an impact report, with more in-depth information on our policies, practices, and pledges for the future.
In the meantime, if you’d like to find out more, drop us a line or pop in for chat. We’d love to hear from you.
