At saintnicks, we’re always striving to go further. It’s taken us to some amazing places, but further has been harder in a year that’s sought to impose limits on almost everything we do. Through furlough and working from home, we’ve been itching to be together.
So how can we come together in a world of dysconnectivity, to create change and push ourselves further? For us, the answer was simple – to come together and be a force for good and join the B Corp movement.

The aim of the initiative is to create a global community of businesses which, by working to make a positive impact for their employees, communities, and the environment, can redefine corporate success and build a more inclusive and sustainable economy.
The idea of developing our agency to become a more purposeful, more impactful, and more sustainable place to work has given us the drive we’ve been searching for. B Corp will take us further.
We first came across B Corporations when researching ways that we could make our agency more sustainable. What we found was so much more than a sustainability initiative, becoming a B Corp will help us to create a more positive working environment, make real impact in our local community, and help us to achieve our environmental goals. What’s not to love?
We’re at the very start of the process, and we can’t wait to see where it takes us. Watch this space – we hope to share more as our journey to B Corp unfolds!

1. To show our team how much we love them.
We take employee benefits pretty seriously at saintnicks, but there’s always room for improvement. We’re evolving and changing our offering to ensure our team have everything they need. We know that in strange times like these, looking out for each other is even more important.
2. To help our local community.
As a Bristol agency, full of Bristol folk, we want to get out there and make a difference to our local community. From sponsorship to fundraising, volunteering and mentorship, we’re using this process to help us reflect on and improve our CSR policies.
3. To tread lighter.
Working with our team and suppliers, our goal is to move towards to becoming a carbon neutral company and we’re making good progress.
