I’m Imogen, and I’m an Account Executive. I currently work on Luscombe the drinks brand, Loch Fyne, Camm & Hooper and Wright & Bell.

  1. Tell us a little about your career prior to saintnicks, and what led you here.

I’ve been on a bit of a rampage this past year. Having graduated with a 2:1 in English Literature in July 2016, I ran straight into an internship at a digital agency and haven’t looked back since. The internship was a steep learning curve and, within three months, I was account handling. The agency specialised largely in SEO, but I was also playing with PPC, social media, PR and creative.
The role gave me great experience in account handling and agency life but, after a while, I realised that working purely in digital just wasn’t my calling. I like to consider myself a pretty creative individual, so I wanted to get stuck into projects with a larger creative scope (and less copywriting!). And that’s how I found myself at saintnicks.

  1. What’s your most treasured possession?

My opal ring. I had it commissioned for my graduation with some money given to me by my granny. She was too poorly to go and choose something herself, so I had the ring made and it’s pretty special.

  1. Tell us something most people may not know about you…

I used to row, but I stopped growing and all the other girls kept going, so that was the end of that dream.

I’m a total grammar nerd. I think I was a proofreader in a past life.

  1. Who would be your dream client?

Glossier. They’re this amazing American makeup and skincare brand who are sort of on the cusp of becoming a cult beauty brand. I would love to be the person to take them from cool to world-famous.

  1. If you could have any other career, what would it be?

David Attenborough’s.

  1. What three words would your friends use to describe you?

Smart, sarcastic, probably-allergic-to-that. (I think I cheated…)

  1. What’s been the proudest moment of your working life so far?

My career to date is pretty miniscule so, to be honest, I think having progressed myself this far, this quickly is my proudest achievement. I’m 22 – shouldn’t I be travelling around South East Asia and posting it all over Instagram.

  1. What’s your pet peeve?

I’m a total grammar nerd. I think I was a proofreader in a past life.

  1. What does your perfect Sunday look like?

A long walk with Ted and Ben (my dog and my boyfriend: read everything into the order in which they’re mentioned), followed by an even longer stint in the pub. Food and booze, always.[/vc_column_text]
