We’re seeking a competent, dynamic and motivated Digital Project Manager to join our growing digital team.

Person specification

Working closely with the digital team, you’ll swiftly become a key player in the successful delivery of digital projects. You’ll run digital projects through their entire lifecycle; from requirement capturing, concept and scoping, through to planning, risk management, quality control and sign-off, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met every time.

You’ll enjoy working on a variety of projects from web design and build and development through to social campaigns, consistently exceeding client’s expectations and developing relationships, ensuring the agency’s output is not only efficient and effective but also profitable. A communicative and confident stakeholder manager, you’ll keep everyone informed along the way, obtaining buy-in and sign off for briefs, and ensuring smiles all round on delivery day.

You’ll have broader input to the team too, helping in the development of new strategies and concepts to take their capabilities to the next level.

What experience you’ll need

With projects coming up in abundance you’ll be someone who is passionate about digital and capable of influencing key stakeholders and communicating at all levels of the business. Process and technical understanding are a given; but success in this role requires confidence and flexibility to experiment with and enhance project processes, ways of working and approach to best meet client needs.

Naturally you’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and you’ll come with a proven track record of project management success within an agency environment – you may be a Digital Producer or Digital Project Manager, regardless, a commercial attitude and the desire to play a key role within this growing business are essential.
